30-Day Growth Tier $2 Stash Fee Waiver Promotion

Terms and Conditions

THE PROMOTION:

1. 1. Effective March 16, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), when you receive an offer to participate in this Promotion and subscribe to the monthly Stash Fee (as defined in your Advisory Agreement) attributable to the Stash Growth platform tier in accordance with the requirements described below, you will be eligible to receive a waiver of your monthly Stash Fee, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

      The fee waiver available pursuant to this Promotion is for your monthly Stash Fee. Accordingly, you will remain responsible for any ancillary fees you owe that are not included in your monthly Stash Fee, whether due on your Stash Invest Account (as defined below), Stash banking account, Stash Retire account, or Stash Custodial account, as applicable.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible to qualify for a fee waiver under this Promotion, you must complete the following steps: (i) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion directly from Stash, (ii) subscribe to the monthly Stash Fee attributable to the Stash Growth platform tier within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive an offer to participate in this Promotion directly from Stash (your “Offer Period”), and (iii) select to pay for your monthly Stash Fee attributable to the Stash Growth platform tier on a monthly basis in advance during your Offer Period. You will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if during the process of subscribing to the monthly Stash Fee attributable to the Stash Growth platform tier under (ii) above, you select to pay for your monthly Stash Fee attributable to the Stash Growth platform tier in advance on an annual basis. 

If you satisfy all of the conditions in the previous paragraph, you will be eligible to claim your fee waiver of your monthly Stash Fee for the remainder of the calendar month that you subscribe to the monthly Stash Fee attributable to the Stash Growth platform tier, along with the entire calendar month that follows (your “Fee Waiver Period”). For example, if you receive an offer to participate in this Promotion directly from Stash on March 20, 2020, and you complete the process of subscribing to the monthly Stash Fee attributable to the Stash Growth platform tier and select to pay for your monthly Stash Fee attributable to your Stash platform tier on a monthly basis prior to the end of your Offer Period (e.g. on March 25, 2020), then your Fee Waiver Period will be from March 25, 2020 through April 30, 2020.

In order for you to claim your fee waiver for all or a portion of your Fee Waiver Period, however, you must link a funding account (e.g. a bank account) to your Stash Invest Account (as defined below). The date that you link your funding account to your Stash Invest Account will be deemed your “Linked Date” for purposes of these Promotion Terms. Your fee waiver hereunder will apply from your Linked Date through the remainder of your Fee Waiver Period. If your Linked Date occurs subsequent to the end of your Fee Waiver Period, you will forfeit your fee waiver hereunder. In furtherance of the example above, if your Linked Date is March 25, 2020, you will receive a fee waiver for the entirety of your Fee Waiver Period. Alternatively, however, if your Linked Date is April 1, 2020, you will only receive a fee waiver from April 1 through April 30, 2020, and not your entire Fee Waiver Period. 

OTHER INFORMATION:

A “Stash Invest Account” is an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC. Your Stash Invest Account must be in good standing to receive the fee waiver under this Promotion. If your Stash Invest Account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any fee waiver you receive hereunder will be forfeited. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required account opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. Stash reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing.

As noted above, the fee waiver available pursuant to this Promotion is for your monthly Stash Fee attributable to the Stash Growth platform tier for your Fee Waiver Period. Accordingly, you will remain responsible for any ancillary fees you owe that are not included in your monthly Stash Fee, whether due on your Stash Invest Account, Stash Debit account, Stash Retire account, or Stash Custodial account, as applicable. A list of such ancillary fees is included in our Advisory Agreement. Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash may withhold or recover any fees waived if Stash determines that such fee waiver was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Promotion in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable.
