Stash Debit Deposit $50, Get $5 Purchase Promotion Terms and Conditions
The Promotion
Effective December 11, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), when you make a one-time deposit of $50 into your Stash Debit account in accordance with the requirements set forth below, we will make a one-time deposit of $5 into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions specified herein (the “Promotion Terms”).
Eligibility
To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (i) have both a Stash Invest account and a Stash Debit account as of the Effective Date or any date thereafter, both of which must be in good standing (as further described below), AND, (ii) make a one-time deposit of least $50 into your Stash Debit account on or after the Effective Date. If you satisfy the conditions stated in the previous sentence, Stash will make a one-time deposit of $5 (the “Bonus Funds”) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account.
You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if you received this Promotion directly from Stash. You are only eligible to receive one $5 cash reward hereunder. The one-time deposit of funds into your Stash Debit account must be made in one deposit and may not be spread over several deposits (for example, a one-time deposit of $50 qualifies for a cash reward of $5, but two deposits of $25 each does not qualify). In the event that you make multiple one-time deposits in the amounts specified above on or after the Effective Date, you will only receive one cash reward hereunder.
The Bonus Funds will be deposited into your Stash Invest account within five (5) business days from the date you satisfy the conditions set forth above. The Bonus Funds must remain in your Stash Invest account for ninety (90) days beginning on the date the Bonus Funds are deposited into your Stash Invest account and for the entirety of the 90-day period, which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion. The Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security.
Your Stash Invest account and your Stash Debit account at Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC, each must be in good standing in order to participate in this Promotion. We and/or Green Dot Bank reserve the right to determine in our and/or its sole or joint discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If either account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any Bonus Funds that you receive will be forfeited.

Stash may withhold or recover any Bonus Funds if Stash determines that such cash reward was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received this Promotion directly from Stash in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. The value of a cash reward may be taxable income to you.
