The Promotion

If you open and activate a new Stash Debit account between November 4, 2019 and December 4, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”) and meet the eligibility requirements described below, then you will be eligible to receive a one-time cash reward of $25 into your Stash Invest account. As further described below, you will be eligible for this Promotion when you have one or more direct deposits of at least $300, in aggregate, post to your Stash Debit account within sixty (60) days from the date you open and activate your new Stash Debit account. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (i) complete the process of opening and activating a Stash Debit account (a.k.a. Stash banking account) during the Promotion Period, which must remain in good standing (as further described below), AND (ii) have one or more direct deposits of at least $300, in aggregate, post from your paycheck(s) to your Stash Debit account within sixty (60) days from the date you open and activate your new Stash Debit account. If you satisfy the conditions stated herein, Stash will make a one-time deposit of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account.

For example, if you open and activate your new Stash Debit account on November 4, 2019, and receive a paycheck twice per calendar month and set up two direct deposits so that at least $150 from each paycheck (for a total of $300) is posted to your Stash Debit account within sixty (60) days from the date you open and activate your new Stash Debit account (January 3, 2020, in this case), you would qualify for a one-time cash reward of $25 into your Stash Invest account.

You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if you receive this Promotion directly from Stash. You also must satisfy the direct deposit eligibility requirements described in these Promotion Terms within sixty (60) days from the date you open and activate your new Stash Debit account to be included for purposes of determining your eligibility for this Promotion. You are only eligible to receive one cash reward during the Promotion Period.

The cash reward will be deposited into your Stash Invest account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you satisfy the conditions stated herein. The cash reward deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. The cash reward must remain in your Stash Invest account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the cash reward is deposited into your Stash Invest account and for the entirety of the 90-day period, which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion.

Your Stash Debit account at Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC, and your Stash Invest account each must be in good standing in order to participate in this Promotion. Stash and/or Green Dot Bank reserve the right to determine in our and/or its sole or joint discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If either account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, your eligibility to participate in this Promotion will be forfeited. There is no requirement to maintain a minimum balance in your Stash Debit account. Each Stash Debit account opened hereunder is also subject to approval by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC.
