Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

When you complete your first investment through your Stash Invest Account (as defined below), we will make a one-time $15 deposit into the cash balance of your Stash Invest Account (the “Bonus Funds”). In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must initiate and complete your first investment through your Stash Invest Account between 12:00 PM October 25, 2019 and 11:59 PM November 8, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, during the Promotion Period (i) you must initiate and complete the process of purchasing your first investment through your individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC (“Stash Invest Account”) through any available method on the Stash platform, and (ii) your Stash Invest Account must remain in good standing (as defined below). You must also adhere to all required account opening agreements. For purposes of this Promotion, an investment shall be considered complete once the transaction has fully settled. If you satisfy the conditions stated herein, Stash will make a one-time deposit of fifteen dollars ($15.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest Account.

You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if you received this Promotion directly from Stash. You are only eligible to receive one cash reward during the Promotion Period. The Bonus Funds must remain in your Stash Invest Account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the Bonus Funds are deposited into your Stash Invest Account and for the entirety of the 90-day period. In the event you complete multiple investments through your Stash Invest Account during the Promotion Period, you are only eligible to receive the Bonus Funds once during this Promotion. The Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion.

Your Stash Invest Account must remain in good standing in order to receive the Bonus Funds under this Promotion. Stash reserves the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Stash Invest Account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, the Bonus Funds you receive will be forfeited.

Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion.  Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time. The Bonus Funds available pursuant to this Promotion shall apply to any Stash platform tier subscription, and in the event you elect to upgrade and/or downgrade your Stash platform tier subscription during the Promotion Period. Stash may withhold or recover any Bonus Funds if Stash determines that such funds were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Promotion in error, or was awarded to you in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. The value of Bonus Funds may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of Bonus Funds and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of Bonus Funds.
