The following promotion is intended for participants in the United States and the District of Columbia only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not proceed in this promotion if you are not a legal resident of the United States. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the official rules below.

ELIGIBILITY: The “Deposit $500, Win $500” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Stash Cash Management LLC (“Stash”), an affiliate of Stash Financial, Inc. Stash is not a bank or depository institution licensed in any jurisdiction. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are a Stash Debit Account Holder at the time of entry. Void in all U.S. territories and possessions where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrants may be required to meet certain provisions of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, 15 U.S.C. ¬ß 80b-1, and the rules thereunder. Entrant must have Internet access in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Each Entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e-mail address identified in the Entrant’s entry. Employees of Stash, and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each, are not eligible to participate. Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in same household as employee. Stash will be referred to herein as “Sponsor.”

TIMING: Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”) and ends on September 30, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM EDT (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, there will be three (3) monthly entry periods (each defined as a “Monthly Entry Period”). The three (3) Monthly Entry Periods are as follows:

Monthly Entry Period #1: Begins on July 1, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM EDT and ends on July 31, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM EDT;

Monthly Entry Period #2: Begins on August 1, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM EDT and ends on August 31, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM EDT; and

Monthly Entry Period #3: Begins on September 1, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM EDT and ends on September 30, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM EDT.

TWO (2) WAYS TO ENTER: (A) Stash Debit Account Deposit Entry Method: To enter, a Stash Debit Account Holder will be required to deposit at least five hundred United States dollars ($500) in aggregate into his/her Stash Debit account during a Monthly Entry Period to earn one (1) Entry; or (B): FREE Entry Method: To enter without making a deposit of at least five hundred United States dollars ($500) in aggregate into a Stash Debit account, Stash Debit Account Holders will be required to complete and submit a designated online Survey via Survey Monkey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JRCMTNT) during a Monthly Entry Period to earn one (1) Entry. Limit one (1) Entry per Stash Debit account holder during a Monthly Entry Period, regardless of Entry Method. Limit up to three (3) Entries during the Promotion Period. Entries received in previous Monthly Entry Periods will not be eligible for subsequent Monthly Entry Periods. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or stolen entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Sponsor may reject any Entry it believes is the result of fraud or was submitted in violation of the official rules. Stash Invest, Stash Retire (Traditional IRA and Roth IRA), and Custodial Accounts are not eligible under this promotion.

RANDOM DRAWINGS/SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) monthly random drawing (each a “Monthly Random Drawing”) will be conducted on or about five (5) business days after each Monthly Entry Period for a total of three (3) Monthly Random Drawings. Ten (10) potential Prize Winners will be selected in each Monthly Random Drawing from among all eligible entries received in the corresponding Monthly Entry Period. A total of thirty (30) Prize Winners will be selected among the three (3) Monthly Random Drawings. Entries not selected in previous Monthly Random Drawings will not be eligible for subsequent Monthly Random Drawings. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received in a Monthly Entry Period. All Monthly Random Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in connection with this Sweepstakes. The potential Prize Winners will be notified by Stash or Stash’s designee by email or telephone within approximately ten (10) days of the Monthly Random Drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in a given Monthly Entry Period. If Stash or Stash’s designee is unable to contact a potential Prize Winner after reasonable effort, or if a potential Prize Winner fails to respond within three (3) days of first attempted notification, that prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received in that corresponding Monthly Entry Period.

TEN (10) PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED IN EACH OF THE THREE (3) MONTHLY ENTRY PERIODS. Each Prize Winner will receive one (1) deposit of five hundred United States dollars ($500) into his/her Stash Debit Account. The total actual value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $500. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES AWARDED IN EACH MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD: $5,000. Limit one (1) Prize per Stash Debit Account Holder per Monthly Entry Period. . ALL EXPENSES, TAXES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF PRIZE NOT SET FORTH IN THESE RULES ARE THE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNERS. Prizes are not transferable, except at discretion of Sponsor. Prizes are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation.

GENERAL: Each potential Prize Winner will be required to sign and return to Stash or Stash’s designee a Prize Verification Form and, where legal, a Publicity Release, within ten (10) days of first attempted notification. In the event of noncompliance, a potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, at Stash’s sole discretion. By entering, participants (a) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of Stash (including but not limited to eligibility determinations) which are final and legally binding in all respects; (b) agree to release Sponsor and each of its employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that Sponsor and their employees and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose; (c) consent to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (d) agree to Stash’s use of entrant’s personal information as described in its privacy policy at https://www.stashinvest.com/theprivacypolicy.

INTERNET/WIRELESS: If, for any reason, the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a random drawing to award the monthly Prizes will be conducted from entries received up until the time of termination. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction. You shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form of your name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), email address, biographical information, or entry.
