Stash Invest Direct Deposit $50 Promotion
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promotion
Between September 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”), when you meet the eligibility requirements described below, you will be eligible to receive a one-time cash reward of $50 into your Stash Invest account. As further described below, you will be eligible for this Promotion when you have one or more direct deposits of at least $1,000, in aggregate, post to your Stash Debit account during the Promotion Period. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).
Eligibility
To be eligible for this Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must (i) have both a Stash Invest account and a Stash Debit account, both of which must be in good standing (as further described below), AND (ii) have one or more direct deposits of at least $1,000, in aggregate, post from your paycheck(s) to your Stash Debit account. For example, if you receive a paycheck twice per calendar month and set up four direct deposits so that at least $250 from each paycheck (for a total of $1,000) is posted to your Stash Debit account between September 1, 2019 through October 31, 2019, you would qualify for a one-time cash reward of $50 into your Stash Invest account.
You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if you receive this Promotion directly from Stash. You also must satisfy the direct deposit eligibility requirements described in these Promotion Terms during the Promotion Period. Any direct deposit must post to your Stash Debit account during the time period beginning 12:01 AM (ET) on September 1, 2019 and ending 5:00 PM (ET) on October 31, 2019, to be included for purposes of determining your eligibility for this Promotion. You are only eligible to receive one cash reward during the Promotion Term. The cash reward will be deposited into your Stash Invest account within fifteen (15) calendar days from the end of the Promotion Period. The cash reward deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security.
Your Stash Debit account at Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC, and your Stash Invest taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC each must be in good standing in order to participate in this Promotion. Stash and/or Green Dot Bank reserve the right to determine in our and/or its sole or joint discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If either account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, your eligibility to participate in this Promotion will be forfeited. There is no requirement to maintain a minimum balance in your Stash Debit account.

This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. The value of a cash reward may be taxable income to you.
