Promotion Offer Terms & Conditions
We are offering new NSLS users a one-time $95 bonus (the “Bonus Funds”) when a new NSLS user successfully refers five (5) friends to join Stash. Your friends must sign up for a Stash Invest account between 12:00pm August 1, 2019 and 11:59pm December 31, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).
Eligibility
To participate in this Promotion you must complete each of the following at any time during the Promotion Period: (i) complete the registration process of opening a Stash Invest account, and (ii) successfully refer five (5) friends to Stash and each of them must complete the registration process of opening a Stash Invest account. Your friends must also adhere to all required account opening agreements and maintain their account in good standing. To be eligible for the Bonus Funds, your friends must use your personal referral code when they sign up. The Bonus Funds are in addition to the $5 per referral that you normally earn and is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Stash It Forward program. You are only eligible to receive the Bonus Funds once during this Promotion. In the event you refer more than five (5) friends to Stash during the Promotion Period, you will still receive the $5 per referral that you normally earn subject to the Stash It Forward program described above. The Bonus Funds will be funded directly into your Stash Invest account within 2 weeks once you successfully refer five (5) friends to Stash in accordance with these Promotion Terms. Any Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. A Stash Invest account is an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion.

Stash may withhold or recover any Bonus Funds paid if Stash determines that such funds were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. The value of the Bonus Funds may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of Bonus Funds and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of bonus funds.
