Participant Investment Subsidy Program Terms and Conditions
Program
If you are selected to participate in the research program focused on investing administered through Commonwealth and Stash (the “Pilot”) and have a Personal Portfolio (as defined below) in accordance with the eligibility requirements set forth below, we will make a one-time deposit of funds into the cash balance of your Personal Portfolio. This participant investment subsidy is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (“Program Terms”).
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in this Program and receive the Investment Subsidy (as defined below), you must be selected to participate in the Pilot and have an individual taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC in good standing (a “Personal Portfolio”). If you satisfy the conditions stated herein, Stash will make a one-time deposit of funds into the cash balance of your Personal Portfolio in an amount equal to $150.00 (“Subsidy Funds”).
The Subsidy Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. Your Personal Portfolio must remain in good standing in order to receive the Subsidy Funds under this Program. Stash reserves the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Program is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Personal Portfolio is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, your Subsidy Funds may be forfeited.
