The Promotion

Starting 12:00 (PM) ET on November 22, 2019 and ending 11:59 PM (ET) on February 16, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”), when you open a new Stash Invest account and sign-up for a monthly Stash Fee (as defined in your Advisory Agreement) attributable to a Stash platform tier in accordance with the eligibility terms described below, you will be eligible to receive a one-time cash reward of up to $60 into your Stash Invest account (the “Bonus Funds”). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must (i) complete the process of opening a new Stash Invest account by visiting www.stash.app and using the promotion code code “FLY”, (ii) link a funding account (e.g. a bank account) to your Stash Invest account and initiate a minimum deposit of five dollars ($5.00) into your Stash Invest account, AND (iii) sign-up for a monthly Stash Fee attributable to a Stash platform tier. If you satisfy the conditions in the previous sentence, Stash will make a corresponding one-time cash reward into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account based on the Stash platform tier you have initially chosen, as further described below:

You are only eligible to receive one cash reward of up to sixty dollars ($60.00) in connection with this Promotion depending upon which of the eligibility requirements set forth above you satisfy during the time periods specified herein. The cash reward will be deposited into your Stash Invest account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you satisfy the conditions stated herein. If following the date you initially sign-up for a Stash platform tier in accordance with the above you elect to upgrade your Stash platform tier, you will only be eligible hereunder for a cash reward attributable to the initial Stash platform tier you selected. Further, if you downgrade your Stash platform tier within ninety (90) days following the date you initially sign-up for a Stash platform tier in accordance with the above, your eligibility to participate in this Promotion will be forfeited. 

The cash reward deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. The cash reward must remain in your Stash Invest account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the cash reward is deposited into your Stash Invest account and for the entirety of the 90-day period, which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion.

Your Stash Invest account must be in good standing in order to participate in this Promotion. Stash reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If either account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, your eligibility to participate in this Promotion will be forfeited.

Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash may withhold or recover any cash reward if Stash determines that such cash reward was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Promotion in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated.
