When Stash first started, we had a simple mission: make investing accessible for all. Although we’ve since expanded our vision, the power of investing remains crucial to The Stash Way—and over the past two months, we’ve taken a few more big steps towards that original goal.
Improving investing access
In addition to lowering our investing minimums to as little as 1¢, we’re in the process of adding thousands of new investments to our platform. As of today, you can now choose from over 1,800 stocks and funds on Stash!
We’ve added a broad range of companies that cover all parts of the U.S. economy, from big household names to smaller manufacturers. Combined with our lowered investing minimums, we’re giving users even more opportunity to diversify their portfolios. With just a few dollars, a Stasher could invest in hundreds of stocks and funds across different industries!
What’s next?
We’re also not done yet. You can anticipate even more investments being added to our platform over the coming weeks and months.
As we expand our investment offering, we’re also working on making it even easier to browse and search for investments on Stash. We’re currently testing a new way to group stocks and funds on the app, so keep an eye out for these new categories in the near future! Here’s a preview…
Note: For securities priced over $1,000, purchase of fractional shares starts at $0.05.
