Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

Starting 12:01 (AM) ET on November 14, 2019 (the “Promotion Launch”), when you open a new Stash Invest account and complete your first investment in accordance with the terms and conditions described below, you will be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $60 into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account (the “Bonus Funds”). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, following the Promotion Launch you must (i) complete the process of opening a Stash Invest account by visiting www.stash.app and using the promotion code code “TRUCK”, (ii) link a funding account (e.g. a bank account) to your Stash Invest account, AND (iii) initiate a minimum deposit of five dollars ($5.00) into your Stash Invest account. If you satisfy conditions (ii) and (iii) stated in the previous sentence within thirty (30) days from the date you complete condition (i), Stash will make a one-time deposit of ten dollars ($10.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account in accordance with these Promotion Terms.

Further, if within thirty (30) days from the date you complete condition (i) above you initiate and complete the process of purchasing one or more investments through your Stash Invest account through any available method on the Stash platform in an amount equal to at least $100, in aggregate, Stash will make an additional one-time deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account in accordance with these Promotion Terms. For purposes of this Promotion, an investment shall be considered complete once the transaction has fully settled through your Stash Invest account.

For example, if you open a new Stash Invest account on November 15, 2019, and link a funding account to your Stash Invest account and initiate a deposit of five dollars ($5.00) into your Stash Invest account prior to December 15, 2019, Stash will make a one-time deposit of ten dollars ($10.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account. Further, if you make one or more investments through your Stash Invest account in an amount equal to $100, in aggregate, prior to December 15, 2019, Stash will make an additional one-time cash reward of fifty dollars ($50.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account.

You are only eligible to receive one cash reward of up to sixty dollars ($60.00) in connection with this Promotion depending upon which of the eligibility requirements set forth above you satisfy during the time periods specified herein. The cash reward will be deposited into your Stash Invest account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you satisfy either of the detailed conditions stated above. The cash reward deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. The cash reward must remain in your Stash Invest account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the cash reward is deposited into your Stash Invest account and for the entirety of the 90-day period, which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion.

Your Stash Invest Account must remain in good standing in order to receive the Bonus Funds under this Promotion. Stash reserves the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Stash Invest Account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, the Bonus Funds you receive will be forfeited.

Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash may withhold or recover any cash reward if Stash determines that such cash reward was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Promotion in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time. Promotion available to U.S residents only.
