The Promotion

Starting 12:00 AM (ET) on November 4, 2019 and ending 11:59 PM (ET) on February 4, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”), when you open a Stash Invest Account (as defined herein) and deposit funds into it in accordance with the terms and conditions stated below, you will be eligible to receive a one-time deposit of $10 into the cash balance of your Stash Invest Account (the “Bonus Funds”). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must (i) complete the process of opening an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC (a “Stash Invest Account”) by using any of the following promotion codes – “Eater”, “Polygon”, “Vergecast” or “SBNation”, (ii) link a funding account (e.g. a bank account) to your Stash Invest Account, AND (iii) initiate a minimum deposit of five dollars ($5.00) into your Stash Invest Account. You must also adhere to all required account opening agreements and your Stash Invest Account must remain in good standing (as further described below). If you satisfy the conditions stated herein, Stash will make a one-time deposit of ten dollars ($10.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest Account.

You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if you received this Promotion directly from Stash. You are only eligible to receive one cash reward during the Promotion Period. Your Stash Invest Account must remain in good standing in order to receive the Bonus Funds under this Promotion. Stash reserves the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Stash Invest Account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, the Bonus Funds you receive will be forfeited.

The Bonus Funds must remain in your Stash Invest Account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the Bonus Funds are deposited into your Stash Invest Account and for the entirety of the 90-day period, which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion. The Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. The Promotion

Starting 12:01 (AM) ET on November 14, 2019 (the “Promotion Launch”), when you open a new Stash Invest account and complete your first investment in accordance with the terms and conditions described below, you will be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $60 into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account (the “Bonus Funds”). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, following the Promotion Launch you must (i) complete the process of opening a Stash Invest account by visiting www.stash.app and using the promotion code code “TRUCK”, (ii) link a funding account (e.g. a bank account) to your Stash Invest account, AND (iii) initiate a minimum deposit of five dollars ($5.00) into your Stash Invest account. If you satisfy conditions (ii) and (iii) stated in the previous sentence within thirty (30) days from the date you complete condition (i), Stash will make a one-time deposit of ten dollars ($10.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
