STASH 30-DAY ANNUAL PLAN
PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective February 5, 2021
THE PROMOTION:
Effective February 5, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), when you receive an offer to participate in this Promotion and elect to pay for your Stash Fee (as defined in your Advisory Agreement) attributable to your Stash platform tier service subscription in advance on an annual basis in accordance with the requirements described herein, you will be eligible to receive a one-time deposit of funds into the cash balance of your Stash Invest Account. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to qualify for Bonus Funds (as defined below) under this Promotion, you must satisfy the following conditions on or after the Effective Date: (i) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion directly from Stash, (ii) have an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC that is in good standing (a “Stash Invest Account”), AND (iii) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive your offer to participate in this Promotion (your “Offer Period”), you must agree to pay your Stash Fee attributable to your Stash platform tier service subscription in advance on an annual basis. Notwithstanding the foregoing and for the avoidance of doubt, you will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion if during your Offer Period you either (i) elect to upgrade or downgrade your Stash platform tier service subscription while agreeing to pay your Stash Fee in advance on an annual basis, or (ii) after you’ve agreed to agree to pay your Stash Fee in advance on an annual basis, you subsequently agree to pay for your Stash Fee on in advance on a monthly basis.
If you satisfy all of the conditions in the previous paragraph, you will receive a one-time deposit of funds into the cash balance of your Stash Invest Account in an amount equal to one monthly installment of your current pre-paid annual Stash Fee, as applicable to your Stash platform tier subscription (your “Bonus Funds”). The Bonus Funds will be deposited into your Stash Invest account within five (5) business days from the expiration of your Offer Period.
For example, if you are a subscriber to the Stash Beginner platform tier service and receive an offer to participate in this Promotion directly from Stash on February 10, 2021, then your Offer Period will be from February 10, 2021 through March 12, 2021. If you then complete the process of agreeing to pay your Stash Fee attributable to your Stash platform tier service subscription in advance on an annual basis on March 1, 2021 ($9 total), then you will receive Bonus Funds in an amount equal to $1 into the cash balance of your Stash Invest Account. If you fail to complete the process of agreeing to pay your Stash Fee attributable to your Stash platform tier service subscription in advance on an annual basis during your Offer Period you will not be eligible to receive your Bonus Funds hereunder.
You are only eligible to receive one reward of Bonus Funds during your Offer Period. The Bonus Funds must remain in your Stash Invest Account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the Bonus Funds are deposited into your Stash Invest Account and for the entirety of the 90-day period, which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion. The Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Your Stash Invest Account must be in good standing to receive the Bonus Funds under this Promotion. If your Stash Invest Account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any fee Bonus Funds you receive will be forfeited. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required account opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. Stash reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing.
Stash Investments LLC is an SEC-registered investment adviser. You may view our Wrap Fee Brochure and our Advisory Agreements at https://www.stash.com/disclosurelibrary. You remain responsible for payment of all Stash Fees along with any ancillary fees you owe that are not included in your Stash Fee, whether due on your Stash Invest Account, Stash Banking account, Stash Retire account, or Stash Custodial account, as applicable. A list of such ancillary fees is included in our Advisory Agreement. Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash may withhold or recover any Bonus Funds received if Stash determines that such Bonus Funds was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Promotion in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. The value of the Bonus Funds may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of the Bonus Funds and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of the Bonus Funds.
