Stash $30 Visible Wireless Giveaway Promotion

Promotion Terms & Conditions 

THE PROMOTION

Starting 5:00 (PM) ET on October 26th 2020 and ending 11:59 PM (ET) on April 30th, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”), when you meet the eligibility requirements described below, you will be eligible to receive a cumulative total of six (6) monthly deposits up to $30 into the cash balance of your Stash Invest account. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for this Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must (i) receive this Promotion directly from Stash, (ii) sign up for and remain a customer with wireless service provided by Visible Wireless (signup can be made via this link), and (iii) have an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC that is in good standing (a “Stash Invest account”). For each calendar month up to six (6) consecutive calendar months that you satisfy the conditions stated in this paragraph following your initial eligibility, you will receive a monthly deposit of five dollars ($5.00) into the cash balance of your Stash Invest Account (a “Reward”) in accordance with these Promotion Terms. You are only eligible once to receive the total cumulative Reward in connection with this Promotion, for a maximum total eligibility of thirty dollars ($30.00). The Reward will be deposited into your Stash Invest account within the first ten (10) business days of the month following each month in which you meet the eligibility requirements. Any Reward must remain in your Stash Invest account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date it is deposited into your Stash Invest account and for the entirety of the 90-day period, which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion.

The Reward deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion.

Further, your Stash Invest account must be in good standing during the Promotion Period to receive the Reward under this Promotion. A Stash Invest account is an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required account opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Stash Invest account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time during the Promotion Period, your eligibility to participate in this Promotion and receive any Reward hereunder will be forfeited. Stash reserves the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing.

Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash may withhold or recover any Reward or fees waived if Stash determines that such Reward was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that you received an invitation to participate in this Promotion in error, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. The value of the Bonus Funds or Direct Deposit Reward may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of the Bonus Funds or Direct Deposit Reward and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of the Bonus Funds and Direct Deposit Reward.
