Stash $62 and Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

When you complete the designated registration process of opening a Personal Portfolio (as defined below) in accordance with the eligibility requirements set forth below, we will make a one-time deposit of funds into the cash balance of your Personal Portfolio. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion and receive Bonus Funds (as defined below), you must receive an invitation to participate in this Promotion directly from Stash and complete the following steps: (i) successfully complete the designated registration process of opening an individual taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC that is in good standing (a “Personal Portfolio”), as displayed by the interactive instructions shown via the Stash platform and/or your offer to participate; AND (ii) select any Stash platform tier service subscription plan and agree to pay your Stash Fee by providing a valid credit or debit card payment method via the Stash Platform. Once you satisfy the conditions in the previous sentence, Stash will make a one-time deposit of sixty two dollars ($62.00) into the cash balance of your Personal Portfolio (the “Bonus Funds”).

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event you only complete the designated registration process to receive the Financial Counseling Service (if applicable to you, as such term is defined in your Advisory Agreement) from Stash, or you do not otherwise complete the designated registration process required for opening a Personal Portfolio in accordance with the above, you will not be eligible to receive the Bonus Funds under this Promotion. You are only eligible to receive one (1) reward of Bonus Funds in accordance with these Promotion Terms. Bonus Funds must remain in your Personal Portfolio for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the Bonus Funds are deposited into your Personal Portfolio and for the entirety of the 90-day period, or your Bonus Funds will be forfeited. The Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) and a Stash Smart Portfolio are not eligible for this Promotion.  

Your Personal Portfolio must be and remain in good standing in order to participate in this Promotion and receive the Bonus Funds. Stash reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required account opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Personal Portfolio is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, your eligibility to participate in this Promotion and any Bonus Funds you have received will be forfeited.

If, for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Stash which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Stash reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with this Promotion, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion. In the event of termination, Stash may in its sole discretion award Bonus Funds to those who have satisfied the eligibility criteria set forth herein up until the time of termination. Stash assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, this Promotion. Stash is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Stash on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
