Stash Debit 2% Stock-Back™ Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

When you open a new Stash Debit account and add funds to it, and activate your Stash Debit card between May 30, 2019 and July 27, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”), you will receive 2% Stock-Back™ on all qualifying purchases made with your Stash Debit card that post to your account for the first 30 calendar days after opening your Stash Debit account (up to a maximum aggregate value of $25). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To participate in this Promotion you must open a new Stash Debit account and add funds to it, and activate your Stash Debit card during the Promotion Period, and opt-in to the Stash Stock-Back™ Rewards Program. You must also adhere to all required account opening agreements for a Stash Invest account and Stash Debit account and maintain your Stash Invest account and your Stash Debit account in good standing (as further described below).

For the first 30 calendar days after successfully opening your Stash Debit account, you will receive Stock-Back™ rewards in a dollar amount equal to 2% of the aggregate amount of all qualifying purchases (as defined in the Stock-Back™ Rewards Terms and Conditions) that post to your Stash Debit account (or, if greater, a fixed dollar amount of $0.01 per qualifying purchase), up to a maximum aggregate value of $25. Any Stock-Back rewards are subject to the Stock-Back™ Rewards Terms and Conditions that you agreed to, as amended, when you chose to participate in the Stock-Back™ Rewards program.

Your Stash Debit account at Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC, and your Stash Invest taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC each must be in good standing in order to receive any Stock-Back rewards. We and/or Green Dot Bank reserve the right to determine in our and/or its sole or joint discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If either account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any Stock-Back rewards you receive will be forfeited.

A Stash Invest account is an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion.

Stash may withhold or recover any Stock-Back rewards earned if Stash determines that such rewards were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated.
