Stash Debit Funding Promotion (Stock Reward) Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

Between May 30, 2019 and July 27, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”), when you open a Stash Debit account, make a one-time deposit of funds that posts to your Stash Debit account within 10 days of opening the account and activate your Stash Debit card, we will offer you the opportunity to earn a one-time Stock reward in the corresponding dollar amount specified below.  This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, you must have a Stash Invest account and a Stash Debit account, both of which must be in good standing (as further described below).  When you make a one-time deposit of funds in the dollar amounts specified above that posts to your Stash Debit account within 10 days of opening the account, we will offer you the opportunity to earn a one-time Stock reward in the corresponding dollar amount specified above.  The one-time deposit of funds into your Stash Debit account must be made in one deposit and may not be spread over several deposits (for example, a one-time deposit of $100 qualifies for a Stock reward of $5, but two deposits of $50 each does not qualify.)  In the event that you make multiple one-time deposits in the amounts specified above within 10 days of opening your Stash Debit account, you will receive only one Stock reward in an amount corresponding to the highest deposit amount that you make.

The particular Stock you will be offered to earn will be determined by us at our sole discretion.  You may accept or decline the offer to earn the Stock.  By accepting the offer to earn the Stock, you are making a decision to invest in the Stock that may be rewarded to you under this Promotion and agree that it is your responsibility to review and carefully consider the Stock(s), including the information available to you through the Stash applications and website (collectively, the “Stash Platform”) about each of the Stock(s), that may be rewarded under this Promotion before choosing to participate in the Promotion.  Neither the Promotion itself, nor the Stocks available to be earned through it, is a recommendation to buy any such specific Stock.  The value of any Stock you receive will fluctuate over time due to a variety of factors.  Please refer to the Stash Platform (www.stashinvest.com/investments) for a list of all investments that are available for purchase at any time.  Stash reserves the right to change the list of Stocks available on the Platform at any time in its sole discretion.  Stock rewards are not FDIC insured, not bank guaranteed and may lose value.  Investment products and services are not provided by Green Dot Bank.  Investment products and services are provided by Stash Investments LLC.

Crediting of Stock Rewards to Your Stash Invest Account:  By accepting the Stock reward, you are agreeing to initiate a “buy” order for Stock in the amount of the reward you have received.  To deliver the Stock reward to your taxable brokerage account, Stash will deposit into such account the monetary amount of your reward and automatically initiate a “buy” order for Stock in the amount of the reward you have received.  By accepting the offer to earn the Stock, you are directing Stash Investments LLC to direct, and Stash Capital LLC to execute, orders to buy the specific security offered to you.  Any Stock rewarded may take up to four (4) business days to be reflected in your taxable brokerage account.  For the avoidance of doubt, you have the ability to decline the offer to earn the Stock, and the ability to sell any Stock earned under this Promotion after you receive it in your taxable account.

Your Stash debit account at Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC, and your Stash Invest taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC each must be in good standing in order to receive Stock rewards. We and/or Green Dot Bank reserve the right to determine in our and/or its sole or joint discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way.  If either account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any Stock rewards you receive will be forfeited.

Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion.  Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion.  Stash may withhold or recover any Stock rewards earned if Stash determines that such rewards were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time.  Promotion available to U.S residents only.  This Promotion is non-transferrable.
