Stash Gift Boxes Promotion

Terms and Conditions

Effective 12:00 AM (ET) February 13, 2020 through 11:59 PM (ET) March 31, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”) for participants who receive this promotion described herein directly from Stash.

General Description

The Stash Gift Boxes Promotion (the “Gift Boxes Promotion”) is a promotion offered by Stash Investments LLC (“Stash”) where current and prospective Stash customers may claim Gift Box Bonuses (as defined below) during the Promotion Period subject to these terms and conditions (the “Gift Boxes Promotion Terms”). In order to be eligible to claim a Gift Box Bonus hereunder, you must be an Eligible Participant (as defined below) and you must open a Qualifying Stash Invest Account (as defined below) during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms.

By choosing to participate in the Gift Boxes Promotion, Eligible Participants are accepting and agreeing to these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms. These Gift Boxes Promotion Terms form an agreement between you and Stash with respect to the Gift Boxes Promotion. You should read these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms carefully.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Gift Boxes Promotion and claim a Gift Box Bonus hereunder, you must satisfy each of the following conditions in the following order during the Promotion Period (each such person that satisfies these requirements shall be deemed an “Eligible Participant”):

Step 1: You must receive an email directly from Stash that includes a unique link for you to participate in this Gift Boxes Promotion;

Step 2: You must visit the unique link and click the “Open Gift” link featured on the unique link;

Step 3: You must open a Qualifying Stash Invest Account; and

Step 4: your Qualifying Stash Invest Account must be and remain in good standing (as defined below).

For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be deemed an “Eligible Participant” hereunder if you either: (i) have already completed the process of opening an individual taxable brokerage account advised by Stash prior to visiting the unique link to participate in this Gift Boxes Promotion, (ii) fail to complete the process of opening a Qualifying Stash Invest Account during the Promotion Period strictly in accordance with the eligibility steps outlined herein, OR (iii) have already initiated but not completed the process of opening an individual taxable brokerage account advised by Stash and created a unique username and password with Stash prior to visiting the unique link to participate in this Gift Boxes Promotion. Stash reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether any person qualifies as an “Eligible Participant” hereunder.

To constitute a “Qualifying Stash Invest Account” hereunder, an Eligible Participant must during the Promotion Period (i) complete the process of opening a new individual taxable brokerage account advised by Stash in accordance with these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms (a “Stash invest account”), (ii) link a funding account (e.g. a bank account) to their Stash invest account, and (iii) initiate a minimum deposit of five dollars ($5.00) into their Stash invest account. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Roth IRAs and Traditional IRAs) provided through Stash Retire or Stash Custodial accounts do not constitute a Qualifying Stash Invest Account.

Stash reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a Qualifying Stash Invest Account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Gift Boxes Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Qualifying Stash Invest Account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any Gift Box Bonus you receive hereunder may be forfeited.

Gift Box Bonuses

Subject to these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms, Eligible Participants will be eligible to claim a one-time cash reward, the amount of which is attributable to the exact millisecond within the second during which such Eligible Participant first completes “Step 2” above during the Promotion Period, as shown below (each, a “Gift Box Bonus”):

999th millisecond of the second	$200.00

The amount of your Gift Box Bonus will be fixed based on the first time that you complete Step 2 above during the Promotion Period which shall be determined by Stash in its sole discretion. Further, each Eligible Participant is only eligible to claim one (1) Gift Box Bonus during the Promotion Period upon completing the process of opening a Qualifying Stash Invest Account. If you do not complete all of the steps outlined herein in strict accordance with these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms during the Promotion Period, you will not be eligible to claim a Gift Box Bonus.

All Gift Box Bonuses hereunder will be paid in U.S. Dollars. A Gift Box Bonus must remain in your Qualifying Stash Invest Account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the Gift Box Bonus is deposited into your Qualifying Stash Invest Account and for the entirety of the 90-day period. The Gift Box Bonus deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. The value of a Gift Box Bonus hereunder may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of a Gift Box Bonus. Please consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of a Gift Box Bonus.

Other Promotion Information

Stash Investments LLC is an SEC registered investment adviser. Your Advisory Agreement with Stash governs our investment advisory relationship with you and these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms do not in any way amend, supersede, change or replace your Advisory Agreement. You remain responsible for ancillary fees that are not included in the monthly Wrap Fee. A list of such ancillary fees is included in our Advisory Agreement. Stash is not responsible for incorrect data entry or other failure on the part of any person to meet the eligibility requirements for this Gift Boxes Promotion. Further, by choosing to participate in this Gift Boxes Promotion, each Eligible Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that this Gift Boxes Promotion and all information provided hereunder will be governed by Stash’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which can be found at https://www.stashinvest.com/disclosurelibrary.

The Gift Boxes Promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Green Dot Bank, Green Dot Corporation, Visa U.S.A., or any of their respective affiliates, and none of the foregoing has any responsibility to fulfill any rewards earned by this Gift Boxes Promotion.

Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Gift Boxes Promotion and/or these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms at any time. Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Gift Boxes Promotion. Stash may withhold or recover any Gift Boxes Bonuses or remove you from this Gift Boxes Promotion if Stash determines that such rewards were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Gift Boxes Promotion in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Gift Boxes Promotion Terms have been violated. This Gift Boxes Promotion is available to U.S residents only. This Gift Boxes Promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferrable.
