Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

When you meet the eligibility requirements described below, you will be eligible to receive a waiver of your monthly Stash Fee (as defined in our Advisory Agreement) attributable to your Stash platform tier for one (1) month thereafter. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

The fee waiver available pursuant to this Promotion is for your monthly Stash Fee. Accordingly, you will remain responsible for any ancillary fees you owe that are not included in your monthly Stash Fee for that given month, whether due on your Stash Invest account, Stash Debit account, Stash Retire account, or Stash Custodial account, as applicable.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, (i) you must have an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC (a “Stash Invest Account”) and (ii) your Stash Invest Account must be in good standing (as further described below). If you satisfy the conditions in the previous sentence, Stash will waive your monthly Stash Fee for your Stash Invest Account for one (1) month thereafter.

You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if you received this Promotion directly from Stash. You are only eligible to receive one fee waiver hereunder. Your Stash Invest Account must also remain open and in good standing for thirty (30) days following the date you receive this Promotion directly from Stash in order to receive the fee waiver under this Promotion. If your Stash Invest Account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any fee waiver you receive hereunder will be forfeited. Stash reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way.

Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion. As noted above, the fee waiver available pursuant to this Promotion is for your monthly Stash Fee for one (1) month, and you remain responsible for any other fees that you owe that are not included in your monthly Stash Fee for that given month (including any ancillary fees), whether due on your Stash Invest Account, Stash Debit account, Stash Retire account and/or Stash Custodial account, as applicable. A list of such ancillary fees is included in our Advisory Agreement. The fee waiver available pursuant to this Promotion shall apply in the event you elect to upgrade and/or downgrade your monthly Stash Fee at any time. Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash may withhold or recover any fees waived if Stash determines that such fee waiver was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Promotion in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time. Promotion available to U.S residents only.
