When you receive this promotion offer from Stash and receive an offer to purchase a life insurance policy from Ladder, Stash will make a one-time deposit of funds in the dollar amount specified in the offer (“Bonus Funds”) into your Stash Invest Account. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).



To participate in this Promotion you (1) must have a Stash Invest Account and you must directly receive this promotion offer from Stash, and (2) you must receive an offer to purchase life insurance from Ladder. The Bonus Funds will be deposited to your Stash Invest Account cash balance within 30 days of receiving the offer to purchase life insurance from Ladder. The Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and is not stock or any other security, nor a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security.  A Stash Invest Account is an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion. This Promotion is only available to U.S. Residents; provided, however, that this Promotion is not available to residents of LA, MS, MT, NM, NY, WA, and WV. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. Bonus Funds will only be paid on the first offer to purchase life insurance that you receive from Ladder. The maximum aggregate value of this Promotion is $20.00.

You may view our Wrap Fee Brochure and our Advisory Agreements at The amount of fees that Stash will charge you for investment advisory services is the same as what it would customarily charge any customer who did not participate in this Promotion.  Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion at any time. Stash may withhold or recover any Bonus Funds if Stash determines that such funds were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement or these Promotion Terms have been violated. The value of Bonus Funds may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of Bonus Funds and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of Bonus Funds.
