Stock-Back™ Rewards Bonus Levels Program
Terms and Conditions
Effective as of October 21, 2019 for Stock-Back™ participants who receive an invitation from Stash to participate in the program described herein
General Description
The Stock-Back™ Rewards Bonus Levels Program (the “Program”) is a rewards program offered by Stash Financial, Inc. and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Stash”) to its customers that supplements its Stash Stock-Back™ Rewards program – a rewards program offered by Stash in which a Stash debit account holder may choose to participate that enables such holder to earn fractional shares of stock of certain publicly-traded companies and/or exchange-traded funds on certain qualifying purchases made using a Stash Debit card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC. The Program enables you to earn Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards (as defined below) on Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) made using your Stash Debit card, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Bonus Level Program Terms”). All references to the “Stash Debit card” or “debit card” hereunder refers to a virtual or permanent Stash Debit card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC.
Only Qualifying Purchases posted to your Stash Debit account between 12:00 AM (ET) on October 21, 2019 and 11:59 PM (ET) on November 3, 2019 (the “Program Period”) will enable you to be eligible to earn Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards hereunder.
By choosing to participate in the Program, you are accepting and agreeing to these Bonus Level Program Terms. These Bonus Level Program Terms form an agreement between you and Stash with respect to the Program. You should read these Bonus Level Program Terms carefully.
Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must (i) have both a Stash Invest account and a Stash Debit account, both of which must be in good standing (as further described below), (ii) be enrolled as a participant in the Stash Stock-Back™ Rewards program, which is governed by the Stock-Back™ Rewards Terms and Conditions (the “Stock-Back™ Program Terms”) and adhere to the Stock-Back™ Program Terms, and (iii) have received and accepted an invitation to participate in this Program directly from Stash. See the full Stock-Back™ Program Terms referenced above, which you agreed to when you joined that program, for important disclosures about that program. The Stock-Back™ Program Terms are incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
Once you choose to participate in the Program and thereby accept these Bonus Level Program Terms, you will be eligible to earn Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards on Qualifying Purchases made using your Stash Debit card as further described herein. Stash and/or Green Dot Bank reserve the right to determine in our and/or their sole or joint discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Program is an account for which all required account opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If either your Stash Debit account or your Stash invest account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards you receive hereunder will be forfeited. A Stash invest account is a taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC.
Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Bonus Level Transactions
Only qualifying debit card purchases as described in the Stock-Back™ Program Terms posted to your Stash Debit account during the Program Period (“Qualifying Purchases”) will enable you to be eligible to earn Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards as further described below. Further, the term “Qualifying Bonus Level Transactions” means all Qualifying Purchases made during the Promotion Period in an amount equal to or greater than $5.00 U.S. dollars. The amount of Qualifying Bonus Level Transactions you make during the Promotion Period will determine the amount of Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards you will be eligible to receive under this Program for each Qualifying Purchase, as further described below.
This Program is supplemental to the Stock-Back™ Rewards Bonus Terms and Conditions that can be found here: https://lp.stashinvest.com/stock-back-bonus-promo-terms-and-conditions/. Any Qualifying Purchases posted during the Program Period for the merchants specified in the Stock-Back™ Rewards Bonus Terms and Conditions as available during the Program Period will qualify as Qualifying Purchases for purposes of this Program. Therefore any Qualifying Purchases will enable you to receive any rewards you would be eligible to receive under the Stock-Back™ Rewards Bonus Terms and Conditions in addition to any Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards hereunder.
We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether a particular transaction constitutes a Qualifying Purchase and/or a Qualifying Bonus Level Transaction hereunder. We also reserve the right in our sole discretion to reverse the credit of any Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Reward in the event a Qualifying Purchase and/or a Qualifying Bonus Level Transaction giving rise to the reward is the subject of a return, credit, chargeback or similar rescinded transaction. You will not earn any Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards if you do not make any Qualifying Bonus Level Transactions hereunder.
Amount of Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards
Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the following chart identifies the amount of Qualifying Bonus Level Transactions you need to make during the Promotion Period in order to determine the Stock-Back™ reward bonus multiplier attributable to each of your Qualifying Purchases (each, a “Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Reward”):

For example, once you make your sixth Qualifying Bonus Level Transaction during the Promotion Period, the multiplier attributable to each subsequent Qualifying Purchase you make will increase to 2x until you have made your eleventh Qualifying Bonus Level Transaction hereunder. Further, once you make your eleventh Qualifying Bonus Level Transaction during the Promotion Period, the multiplier attributable to each subsequent Qualifying Purchase you make will increase to 3x until you have made your sixteenth Qualifying Bonus Level Transaction hereunder. Therefore, the amount of Qualifying Bonus Level Transactions you make during the Promotion Period will determine the amount of Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards you will be eligible to receive under this Program for each Qualifying Purchase.
At 12:01 AM (ET) on October 28, 2019 (the “Reset Date”), the amount of your Qualifying Bonus Level Transactions made during the Promotion Period will reset to zero (0). Accordingly, starting from the Reset Date through the remainder of the Promotion Period you will need to make the amount of Qualifying Bonus Level Transactions noted above in order to determine the Stock-Back™ reward bonus multiplier attributable to each of your Qualifying Purchases during that time period.
Each Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Reward will be a dollar amount equal to your base reward, as noted in the Stock-Back™ Program Terms and attributable to your Stash platform tier (if applicable), multiplied by the reward amount multiplier noted above for each such Qualifying Purchase. The total Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Reward is inclusive of your base reward. You are only eligible to receive one (1) Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Reward upon each Qualifying Purchase made by you during the Promotion Period. Each Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Reward will also be limited to a maximum cash value of $25.00, which shall be calculated by Stash in its sole discretion.
Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Rewards hereunder will be fulfilled and credited in the manner noted in the Stock-Back™ Program Terms.

Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Program or these Bonus Level Program Terms at any time. You can only participate in this Program if you received an invitation to participate in this Program directly from Stash. Stash may withhold or recover any Stock-Back™ Bonus Level Reward if Stash determines that such rewards were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Program in error, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Bonus Level Program Terms have been violated.
