Stock-Back™ Rewards Bonus Wheel Program
Terms and Conditions
Effective as of September 15, 2019 for Stock-Back™ participants who receive an invitation from Stash to participate in the program described herein
General Description
The Stock-BackTM Rewards Bonus Wheel Program (the “Program”) is a rewards program offered by Stash Financial, Inc. and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Stash”) to its customers that supplements its Stash Stock-Back™ Rewards program – a rewards program offered by Stash in which a Stash debit account holder may choose to participate that enables such holder to earn fractional shares of stock of certain publicly-traded companies and/or exchange-traded funds on certain qualifying purchases made using a Stash Debit card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC. The Program enables you to earn daily Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Rewards (as defined below) on Qualifying Wheel Transactions (as defined below) made using your Stash Debit card, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Wheel Program Terms”). All references to the “Stash Debit card” or “debit card” hereunder refers to a virtual or permanent Stash Debit card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC.
Only Qualifying Wheel Transactions posted to your Stash Debit account between 2:00 PM (ET) on September 15, 2019 and 1:59 PM (ET) on September 22, 2019 (the “Program Period”) will enable you to be eligible to earn Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Rewards hereunder. Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Rewards will be made available once per day on each calendar day beginning September 16, 2019 and ending September 22, 2019.
By choosing to participate in the Program, you are accepting and agreeing to these Wheel Program Terms. These Wheel Program Terms form an agreement between you and Stash with respect to the Program. You should read these Wheel Program Terms carefully.
Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must (i) have a Stash Debit account, which must be in good standing (as further described below), (ii) be enrolled as a participant in the Stash Stock-Back™Rewards program, which is governed by the Stock-Back™Rewards Terms and Conditions (the “Stock-Back Program Terms”) and adhere to the Stock-Back Program Terms, and (iii) have received and accepted an invitation to participate in this Program directly from Stash. See the full Stock-Back Program Terms referenced above, which you agreed to when you joined that program, for important disclosures about that program. The Stock-Back Program Terms are incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
Once you choose to participate in the Program and thereby accept these Wheel Program Terms, you will be eligible to earn Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Rewards on Qualifying Wheel Transactions made using your Stash Debit card as further described herein. Stash and/or Green Dot Bank reserve the right to determine in our and/or their sole or joint discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Program is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If either your Stash Debit account or your taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any Stock-Back Rewards bonuses you receive hereunder will be forfeited.
Qualifying Wheel Transactions
Only qualifying debit card purchases as described in the Stock-Back Program Terms (“Qualifying Purchases”) may be eligible to be a Qualifying Wheel Transaction as described herein. To determine each “Qualifying Wheel Transaction” for purposes of this Program, Stash will take the following actions: (1) beginning on the second calendar day of the Program Period and continuing once per calendar day thereafter for the remainder of the Program Period, at or around 2:00 PM (ET) Stash will accumulate all of the Qualifying Purchases that posted to your Stash Debit account during the previous twenty-four (24) hour period; and (2) the Qualifying Purchase with the most recent timestamp prior to 2:00 PM (ET) on that calendar day based on the time that each such purchase was authorized by you and a hold was placed on your Stash Debit card for the purchase amount will be deemed your Qualifying Wheel Transaction for that given calendar day.
This Program is independent from the Stock-Back™ Rewards Bonus Terms and Conditions that can be found here: https://lp.stashinvest.com/stock-back-bonus-promo-terms-and-conditions/. Any Qualifying Purchases posted during the Program Period for the merchants specified in the Stock-Back™ Rewards Bonus Terms and Conditions as available during the Program Period are expressly exempt and will not qualify as Qualifying Wheel Transactions for purposes of this Program.
In the event you have more than one Qualifying Purchase with the exact same timestamp under step (2) in the previous paragraph, then the debit purchase with the highest aggregate dollar value will be deemed your Qualifying Wheel Transaction for that given day. You are limited to one (1) Qualifying Wheel Transaction on each calendar day beginning on September 16, 2019 and ending on September 22, 2019. Each Qualifying Wheel Transaction will make you eligible to claim one (1) Stock-Back Bonus Wheel Reward on each calendar day beginning on September 16, 2019 and ending on September 22, 2019, as further described below.
We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether a particular transaction constitutes a Qualifying Wheel Transaction hereunder. We also reserve the right in our sole discretion to reverse the credit of any Stock-Back™ Wheel Bonus Reward in the event the Qualifying Wheel Transaction giving rise to the reward is the subject of a return, credit, chargeback or similar rescinded transaction. You will not earn any Stock-Back™ Wheel Bonus Rewards if you do not make any Qualifying Wheel Transactions hereunder.
Amount of Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Rewards
Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, on each calendar day beginning on September 16, 2019 and ending on September 22, 2019, you will be eligible to claim a Stock-Back™ reward bonus, the amount of which is attributable to the exact second within the hour during which your Qualifying Wheel Transaction was authorized by you and a hold was placed on your Stash Debit card for the purchase amount, as shown below (each, a “Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward”):

A Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward will be a dollar amount equal to your base reward, as noted in the Stock-Back Program Terms and attributable to your Stash platform tier (if applicable), multiplied by the reward amount multiplier noted above. The total Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward is inclusive of your base reward. You are only eligible to receive one (1) Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward per calendar day beginning on September 16, 2019 and ending September 22, 2019. Each Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward will also be limited to a maximum cash value of $25.00, which shall be calculated by Stash in its sole discretion.
Stash will notify you of your ability to claim your Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward through the Stash mobile app. If you do not claim your Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward by completing the interactive instructions provided by 2:59 PM (ET) on the following calendar day, you will forfeit your ability to receive your Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward for that given day. For example, if you are notified on September 16, 2019 at 3:00 PM (ET) of your ability to claim your Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward, you will have until 2:59 PM (ET) on September 17, 2019 to complete the interactive instructions provided in such notification through the mobile app to claim your Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward or else you will forfeit your ability to receive that given Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Reward. Stash may determine in its sole discretion whether you have successfully completed the interactive instructions and thereby claimed your Stock-Back Bonus Wheel Reward.
Stock-Back™ Bonus Wheel Rewards hereunder will be fulfilled in the manner noted in the Stock-Back Program Terms.
