Promotion Terms and Conditions
When you open a Stash Invest Account and link your bank account to it, we will make a one-time deposit of funds in the dollar amount specified in the offer (“Bonus Funds”) into a your Stash Invest Account. This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).
This Promotion will expire on January 3rd, at 11:59 AM EST. unless extended, modified, or cancelled earlier at Stash’s sole discretion To participate in this Promotion you must open a Stash Invest Account, link a Funding Account (e.g., a bank account), deposit a minimum of five-dollars ($5.00) to your account, and adhere to all required account opening agreements. Bonus Funds must remain in your Stash Invest Account for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the Bonus Funds are deposited into your Stash Invest Account and for the entirety of the 90-day period. The Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and is not stock or any other security, nor a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. A Stash Invest Account is an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC. Tax-advantaged accounts (including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts) are not eligible for this Promotion.

You remain responsible for ancillary fees that are not included in the monthly Wrap Fee. A list of such ancillary fees is included in our Advisory Agreement. Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion at any time. Stash may withhold or recover any Bonus Funds if Stash determines that such funds were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. The value of Bonus Funds may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of Bonus Funds and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of Bonus Funds.
Predetermined Compensation Disclosure
Stash Investments LLC pays pre-determined compensation to affiliate marketers or other strategic partners who drive users to a Stash web property. Accordingly, you may have been redirected to this landing page by such an incentivized third-party who would not have otherwise redirected you here. By continuing with the account opening process, you are acknowledging receipt of this disclosure. Stash and the referring party who directed you to this web property have entered into a written agreement whereby the referring party will use its best efforts to solicit and refer individuals as clients (“Prospective Clients”) to Stash in exchange for cash compensation to be paid by Stash. Such referring party is an independent contractor, and is not an affiliate, agent, representative, partner or employee of Stash nor does the referring party have authority to accept a client agreement on behalf of Stash, to collect or receive payment in its own name for any of Stash’s services, or to provide investment advice on behalf of Stash.
